What information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), country of residence, travel preferences, and any details you choose to include in your message. When you use our chat assistant we temporarily process the messages you send so we can reply.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailor-made safari quote, and follow up about your booking. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties. Where necessary to fulfil a booking, we share relevant trip information with our partner lodges, camps, and ground operators in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months so that we can pick up your conversation if you return. Booking-related information is retained for 7 years to comply with Kenyan tax and accounting law.
